Rolling Fish will work with you to design the ideal menu for your event. We only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and will ensure that each dish is curated and tailored to your needs.

We also offer custom platters with free delivery.

1. What area do you service?
Ventura County. Rolling Fish can also travel from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles.
2. What do I need to prepare prior to Rolling Fish's arrival?
All we need from you is a flat, 5' x 8' space. We'll take care of the rest including set up, dishes and cutlery.
3. What is included in the buffet-style experience?
Rolling Fish will source the ingredients and make all of the food at your event. Our standard menu consists of Hand Rolls, Nigiri, Sashimi and Cut Rolls typically made with tuna, salmon and crab. The final menu is customizable.
